Cancellation Policy
Orders not shipped (Within India) –
Orders once placed can be cancelled till time of dispatch which is normally next working day. This can be done by contacting us via Phone/WhatsApp on +91-7837960422 or email- contact@houseofsaffron.com
Refunds are given to original payment method which may take 3-5days.
Shipped Orders (Within India) –
Orders once shipped cannot be stopped in between and hence customer has to refuse delivery of parcel so that they are returned back to us.
Refunds are issued after we receive back parcel and payment is refunded to original payment method deducting shipping charges.
Return Policy
Return Policy (Within India) –
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of product you can return it within 1day of delivery of product. In this you need to contact us via Phone/Whatsapp +91-7837960422, email – contact@houseofsaffron.com detailing reason for return. Not more than 5% of original quantity should have been used.
Return courier charges have to be borne by the customer and its responsibility of customer that product reaches us safely.
Once returns are received we issue refund to original payment method.
Cancellation / Return Policy(Orders going outside of India)
- 1. International customers can send cancellation request on - contact@houseofsaffron.com upto 4hours after placing of order. In this we deduct Payment Gateway Charges which are approx 4% and refund the amount to original payment method. However we have already shipped the order cancellation request will not be entertained.
- 2. International orders once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
- 3. International orders are not eligible for returns.
- 4. Its customer responsibility to get goods cleared from their country's customs and pay any Taxes, Duty, VAT etc.
